Jose Stated that he tried garnishing my wages
and was unable to since there was a garnishment order already. He said they would not take money out of my paycheck,
but they have been doing so regardless since last year.
SPOKE WITH GC SERVICES
5/31/12
Thursday, May 31, 2012
There is already a student loan garnishing
on my paycheck taking out 15% of my pay. GC service garnishes my wages on a different
student loan as well. This is illegal and I wanted stopped immediately.
I do not make a lot of money and your garnishment
is causing me to suffer financial difficulties and unneeded stress, for this reason I am asking GC services to please stop
the garnishment immediately and pay me the money that was illegally garnished from my paycheck totaling $1,034.44 along with
accrued interest. This is my request to GC services. I am required to ask you this as I am filing a complaint with the Attorney general of Ohio against GC services
for illegally garnishing my wages.
As of the end of 2011
209.52
-was garnished
824.92 As of 5/25/2012
For a total of
$1034.44 as of 5/25/2012
I’m
asking for this money to be returned including accrued interest; and I am also asking the illegal garnishing of my wages to
stop immediately. I am giving you one week to do this, and if you do not do this
within a week. I will submit my complaint with the state attorney general of
Ohio.
I am also asking for GC services to provide me a printout of where the money
that was illegally collected paid to? I need a monthly statement of what loans
were paid.
Once again, I am calling for you to cease
and desist the collection order through my employer and pay me back the money that was illegally collected, plus interest.
