Compare yourself to the picture above. How bad are you compared to the
picture above? In my situation I am blessed beyond belief. I have a roof over my head, money in the bank, not much but who cares about money? I have several vehicles that get me around, I am creating art which I love and I help people with computer repairs through my company. I stayed focused and positive with my present situation,
which thanks to God my life is a blessing. As an exercise instead of focusing
on the negative, list 20 things that you are blessed with in the present, don’t just read this….actually make
a list of at least 20 things that you’re blessed to have and thankful for, it will do your body good!
For me it’s
like this:

fresh flowers that surround my apartment

art I create every day

food that is within reach every single hour
15. Thankful for the
hot water that I have every single minute

heat that is in my apartment

electricity that some people don’t have in the world

loving family

great life I live every single minute
I made this
list in less than three minutes, and I can go on with 100 items that I’m thankful and happy for. So… compared to the picture above how bad do you really have it?
Just live life the best that you can minute by minute being happy and thankful for what you have and you will see positive
results in your life.
